Early Career and Background

Jumoke Dada began her professional journey as an intern at various interior design, architecture, and furniture manufacturing companies in Nigeria. These early experiences gave her firsthand exposure to the design industry and helped her develop the foundational skills needed to launch her own business.

Founding Taeillo at 26

At the age of 26, Jumoke Dada became the Founder and CEO of Taeillo, a Nigeria-based e-commerce furniture company. Taeillo was created to revolutionize the furniture shopping experience by integrating augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR). These technologies allow customers to visualize furniture in their space before making a purchase, merging tech innovation with modern design aesthetics.

Securing $2.5 Million in Funding

In December 2022, Dada led her startup Taeillo to a major milestone by helping to raise $2.5 million in funding. This investment enabled the company to scale operations, improve logistics, and enhance its technology platform, making high-quality, tech-driven furniture more accessible to African consumers.
