MTN Group has been named one of Forbes World’s Best Employers for the fifth consecutive year, ranking 3rd globally in the Telecommunications Services category. The recognition highlights MTN’s commitment to employee empowerment, inclusion, and innovation across Africa.

MTN Group has once again earned a spot on the Forbes World’s Best Employers list, marking its fifth consecutive year of recognition. The telecom giant now ranks 3rd globally in the Telecommunications Services, Cable Supplier category, solidifying its position as an industry leader. In a remarkable leap, MTN has also climbed 101 places in the overall global ranking, moving from 267th in 2024 to 166th in 2025.

The recognition, based on feedback from over 300,000 employees across 50 countries, underscores MTN’s continued dedication to creating a workplace culture rooted in care, integrity, agility, respect, and inclusion, the foundation of its “Live Y’ello” values.
