Spotify has officially introduced a new “listening stats” feature, a weekly music summary that gives users insight into their streaming habits. The feature works like a mini version of Spotify Wrapped, providing personalized highlights every week instead of once a year.
According to Spotify, the new weekly listening stats show users their most-played artists, songs, and genres over the past week. It also creates curated playlists inspired by those listening patterns, offering an evolving snapshot of your musical mood.
A Personalized Experience, Every Week
Just like the popular Spotify Wrapped, the weekly stats include a shareable summary of your music habits. Users can easily post their highlights on Instagram, WhatsApp, or other social media platforms directly from the Spotify app.
Spotify says each weekly report also features a “special highlight” that captures what makes your listening unique, such as discovering a new artist, revisiting an old favorite, or hitting a personal streaming milestone.
These weekly insights are available to revisit for four weeks, so users can track how their tastes evolve throughout the month.
Available to Free and Premium Users Worldwide
The listening stats feature is available to both free and premium Spotify users in more than 60 regions globally. You can find it in the menu that appears when you tap your profile image in the app.
This move follows a similar step by Apple Music, which launched a monthly version of its Replay feature last year and later integrated it directly into the app with iOS 26.
Keeping Users Engaged Between Wrapped Seasons
Spotify’s annual Wrapped campaign has become a global cultural event, but it only happens once a year. The new weekly Wrapped-style feature ensures users stay engaged with their listening data all year round, giving them more reasons to explore their playlists and discover new music.
Whether you’re a casual listener or a data-driven music lover, Spotify’s new listening stats offer a fun and insightful way to reflect on your week in music, and share it with the world.
