Global communications platform Truecaller has entered into a strategic partnership with Cloudcom to expand its Business Chat solution in Egypt, marking a significant push to transform business-to-consumer communication in the region.

The platform also supports rich media content, including invoices, boarding passes, promotional videos, and visual summaries, providing users with instant context.
Built-in one-tap call-to-action (CTA) tools enable quick interactions such as copying one-time passwords (OTPs), tracking orders, and completing check-ins effortlessly.
Real-time updates and full customer lifecycle support
Time-sensitive communications, including OTPs and travel updates, are delivered as “sticky notifications”, ensuring they remain visible at the top of the chat interface.
The solution is designed to support the entire customer journey—from secure authentication and fraud prevention to bill payments and feedback collection.
