UiPath and Deloitte have strengthened their strategic alliance with the launch of Agentic ERP, a new enterprise solution designed to help organisations modernise complex ERP environments using advanced automation and artificial intelligence.
The new offering leverages agentic automation and end-to-end process orchestration powered by UiPath Maestro to streamline enterprise operations, reduce manual tasks, and accelerate the transition from assisted automation to more autonomous execution across large organisations.
Tackling Inefficiencies in ERP Systems
Although many enterprise platforms are digital, much of the work around them still relies on manual processes. In many organisations, ERP systems sit at the centre of fragmented workflows involving spreadsheets, emails, portals, and multiple point solutions.
This fragmented environment often forces employees to switch between systems to reconcile data, collect evidence, and manage exceptions—leading to slower processes, higher operational costs, inconsistent user experiences, and increased compliance pressure.
From Task Automation to Intelligent Orchestration
Deloitte’s Agentic ERP solution, powered by UiPath Agent Builder and UiPath Maestro, aims to move enterprises beyond simple task automation to full workflow orchestration.
The system integrates AI agents, robots, enterprise systems, and human oversight to manage core enterprise workflows such as:
- Record to Report
- Source to Pay
- Lead to Cash
- Data and Master Data management
The platform ensures tasks flow smoothly across systems while routing complex exceptions to human operators with the appropriate context for decision-making.
Boosting Productivity and Operational Efficiency
According to both companies, the solution is designed to deliver measurable benefits, including improved productivity, lower operational costs, and faster business processes.
The platform also includes a traceable value model that links operational improvements directly to financial outcomes.
Agentic ERP is embedded within Deloitte’s AI-native Agentic ERP North Star architecture, which is designed to integrate with packaged ERP programmes and enable AI adoption at scale. The system is model-agnostic, allowing organisations to deploy their preferred large language models while maintaining unified orchestration, security, and policy enforcement.
Governance is supported through the UiPath AI Trust Layer, which provides built-in controls to ensure responsible and compliant AI deployment across enterprise environments.
Transforming the Workforce
The companies say Agentic ERP will also reshape how employees interact with enterprise systems. While AI agents and robots handle high-volume tasks and repetitive workflows, human workers will focus on approvals, exceptions, and strategic decisions.
Speaking on the launch, Hitesh Ramani, Chief Accounting Officer and Deputy CFO at UiPath, said the partnership is helping organisations adopt an AI-first approach to ERP transformation.

Expanding AI Innovation in SAP Ecosystems
Beyond the new solution, the partnership will also see UiPath support the development of a Deloitte SAP AI & Innovation Center in EMEA, which will focus on integrating AI and emerging technologies into SAP environments.
The centre is expected to help organisations adopt AI responsibly while ensuring compliance and measurable business impact.
