MTN Business South Africa Launches 2025 Women in Digital Business Challenge

The MTN Women in Digital Business Challenge 2025 reaffirms MTN’s role as a leader in driving digital inclusivity, youth empowerment, and female entrepreneurship in South Africa.

MTN Business South Africa has officially launched the 2025 edition of its Women in Digital Business Challenge, a flagship initiative dedicated to empowering women and youth-owned ICT enterprises.

Now in its fourth year, the programme will provide support to 10 women and youth-led ICT businesses, with a combined funding of R1 million. Each selected finalist will receive R100,000 in working capital, as well as mentorship and business development support aimed at helping them scale and sustain their ventures.

The initiative underscores MTN Business South Africa’s commitment to inclusivity, innovation, and entrepreneurship in the digital economy. By combining financial aid with developmental guidance, the Women in Digital Business Challenge 2025 strengthens the pipeline of sustainable and diverse ICT businesses, contributing to South Africa’s ongoing digital transformation.
